ReplyDeleteHey Kate,
ReplyDeleteI keep on thinking about your purse being stolen when you left it in the car to pick up Scout. Every time I am in the car I always think back to your story. Thanks for teaching and passing on that lesson. I hope you got everything sorted. Good Luck with Rent!
Given you are oh so au courant with your tunes, you may already have these, but I think you'd like:
ReplyDeleteLimit to Your Love- James Blake
Get Some- Lykke Li
Dance Dance Dance- Lykke Li
Bang Bang Bang- Mark Ronson
Robbers & Hospital Beds- Cold War Kids
So Insane- Discovery
love love love and keep kicking butt sistafren!!!
I saw and met The Tellers a few weeks ago when they were in the states for a west coast tour (they're from Belgium) and I have had their latest album Close the Evil Eye on repeat ever since. They're the kindest group of boys +1 girl and I strongly suggest checking them out!
ReplyDeleteMy new guilty pleasure musically is indie-electronica. Great to dance and exercise to. Ladyhawke, Dragonette, Yele... Maybe it's not artistically brilliant but it's fun.
ReplyDeleteReally like the new Peter Bjorn and John (Second Chance) as well as new Lykke and Mark Ronson, which someone already posted! Random song I like: Mystery Jets, Two Doors Down. Catchy.
