Lana Del Ray is a hybrid between Nancy Sinatra and Lauren Bacall. A friend passed on her Video Games video to me a few months ago and I was enchanted by her so-cal 60's raspy voice. Lana is a New York native who created her own music video and uploaded it to youtube. Almost over night she had over 2 million views. Now that's what I call gumption! This gal now has a record label and an album due out in early 2012. Check out her song below and if you dig it, go here for the remix that I just can't stop listening to. Happy Monday!
