SCENES FROM THE WEEKEND // NORTH CAROLINA

I just got back from a week in North Carolina. I discovered the lovely mountain town of Asheville for the first time, spent some quality time with friends, attended a good friend's wedding and took a walk through my old college campus at UNC. NC was in full on Fall mode and I couldn't get enough! Here are some of my favorite photos of the trip below.

    Ah you were so close to me! I'm just a couple of hours away from Asheville. Didn't you love it? Such a fun town, and there's nothing like North Carolina in the fall...but you already know that :) Glad you had a good trip!!

    "Look away beyond the blue ridge mountains..." That is a line from one of the camp songs at Merri-Mac, which is in Black Mountain! My summer in Asheville was the best summer of my life. I'm so happy (jealous) that you were there! Big hug to you camper. : )
