i think i need to move to charleston, ya'll. i stumbled upon this amazingly perfect restaurant on oliva's blog today and i can't stop thinking about it! the detail to the countertops, old bottle caps and rustic industrial chic everything makes me swoon. and butcher & bee if that's not the cutest name for a place to get my grub on, i don't know what is!

i'm in the market for a brand spanking new hair-do. i've recently also been obsessed with online hair tutorials. have you seen any? they are so helpful and really inspirational. my favorite one on how to create loose and wavy curls is here. also, for all of you los angeles kiddos out there i have to make a plug for my hairdresser who i've been going to for six years and who is the very best. john & john chips sells a range of hand cooked potato crisps made in britian and exported to germany. this packaging makes me want to pick up a bag of chips real bad. and with flavors like aspall cyder vinegar & mixed roots .... you can't really go wrong!

I know that finding new music takes work. So I've put together my ten favorite bands from the past few years. I even listed a few songs to check out too! Music is the one thing that no matter what's going on, can always fill me up and take me to that sometimes-hard-to-reach-happy-place. I'm so glad to be able to share all of these amazing and talented people with you.
